Aero Precision’s M4E1 .223 Wylde Upper Receiver provides rifle-like performance - and versatility - in a carbine-sized package. It features a .223 Wylde chamber that is optimized to deliver excellent performance from both military 5.56x45mm NATO and civilian .223 Remington ammunition, including long, heavy (up to 80 grain) target bullets. Aero put a longer gas tube on the M4E1 .223 Wylde Assembled Rifle Receiver to slow down gas velocity for gentler cycling that leads to improved reliability and reduced wear on moving parts and the receiver. The 16" barreled model comes with a Mid-Length gas system, while the 18" barrel comes with a Rifle-Length gas tube. The M4E1 .223 Wylde Assembled Upper Receiver delivers all the other benefits of Aero Precision’s M4E1 receiver line. Bolt/carrier group and charging handle are both omitted so you can chose those parts from the many aftermarket offerings to suit your needs. The forged M4E1 receiver offers a unique "billet-like" appearance, while accepting standard AR-15 "mil-spec" parts. Aero použil delší plynovou trubici na M4E1 .223 Wylde Assembled Rifle Receiver, aby zpomalil rychlost plynu pro jemnější cyklování, což vede k lepší spolehlivosti a sníženému opotřebení pohyblivých částí a receiveru. Model s 16" hlavní přichází s plynovým systémem Mid-Length, zatímco model s 18" hlavní má plynovou trubici Rifle-Length.
M4E1 .223 Wylde Assembled Upper Receiver přináší všechny další výhody řady receiverů M4E1 od Aero Precision. Sada bolt/carrier group a nabíjecí rukojeť nejsou zahrnuty, takže si můžete vybrat tyto části z mnoha aftermarketových nabídek podle svých potřeb.
